Scope of Effort:
Other Transaction Authority (OTA) and 3rd Party Financing training workshop to accommodate up to 100 Acquisition Practitioners from Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and OSD (GS-11 through GS-14).
DAU Branding to be displayed on all workshop materials, marketing materials, handouts, and communications as the Government Sponsor/Host of training workshop.
DAY 1 – May 6, 2020 (0830 – 1500): Summarize the results of the Joint Acquisition Agility Summit (JAAS) conducted August 2019; baseline and identify changes since the JAAS to include updates on impacts/new policy; Convene a brainstorming and solution discovery intensive to develop desired end state and action plans for 2020 and beyond;
DAY 2 – May 7, 2020 (0830 – 1300): Introduce industry feedback and collaboration session with private sector financing and industry partners with experience bidding and executing OTA; Capture industry and 3rd party finance perspective of current OTA environment; Teams consider revisions to Action Plans based on industry input; Teams brief out final proposed end state and action plans to DOD senior leadership.
